Advanced Side Plank (with Hip Abduction & Hip Flexion)

These side plank exercises are a great progression to integrate the core with the lower extremity.

Keys to Performance
-Hip Abduction: Do not let leg come forward, keep heel in line with hip & shoulders
-Hip Flexion: Do not let trunk rotate or move during leg movements
