Hockey strength and conditioning specialist Maria Mountain, MSc shares a fascial release technique for the hip flexors.
Walk across the floor a few times before trying this technique, make a mental note of how your hips feel. Then do the technique and then walk again making note of the improvements.
Your hips should feel a little looser – like they are swinging a little more freely.
