Supine Hip Flexion/Extension (w/ single leg bridge)

Lie on your back with your arms extended out in a T-position.
Using your exhale, draw one leg straight up as high as you can.
Keep the other leg and hip flat on the floor.
Exhale and release the leg down.
Repeat 10-15x/leg.

Progression:
Complete the single leg lower with the opposite hip lifted up.
